Main office of Russian MES in the Arkhangelsk Region recommends heads of tourist companies, tourist groups and individual tourists, when organizing trips to the places difficult to access, to register in one of survival formations. When registering in a survival formation you must present the information about dates of travel, an itinerary with control points (if are), list of tourists, name of a leader, contact phone numbers.
