The Michael Saunders & Company listing received the most votes in the Waterside Homes category.

The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals will present “The 10 Things Keeping NonProfit Leaders Up at Night” on Sept. 14, noon to 1 p.m., at Michael’s On East, 1212 S. East Ave., Sarasota.
The presentation will explore 10 things that are always front of mind for nonprofit executives – such as technology, data, cyber threats and compliance.
Brian Carter, a certified public accountant and partner with Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC, will give the presentation.
He has specialized in providing a variety of accounting, auditing and tax services to not-for-profit organizations, affordable housing developers, restaurants, construction contractors and manufacturing and distribution entities.
The presentation will also be offered online. Cost varies for in-person and virtual attendance. AFP Young Professional members and nonmembers under 30 are free.
